Expansion and Renovation

Egan provided mechanical services on the two-year renovation and expansion at Holland Aquatic Center. In a newly constructed penthouse, Egan installed mechanical equipment such as two dehumidification units, boilers, air handling units and a snowmelt system. Egan also installed two additional dehumidification units in the existing mechanical room as part of the renovation of the existing facility. The system updates support Holland Aquatic Center's new features such as new lap and diving pool, a warm water lap pool, sauna, steam room, play area and slide, and expanded recreation and fitness areas. The phased construction allowed the aquatic center to remain operational throughout construction for continued use by the community.
