Alpena Biorefinery

Biomass plant requiring modular pipe racks, utilities, structural engineering, insulation and non-destructive testing.

Nearly 90% of this project was fabricated in our Grand Rapids shop, including small bore branches and run outs. Using this method expedited onsite construction. Our field crew installed 4,000 linear feet of pipe in 2 days to 1/16th inch accuracy.
