Industrial Process Manufacturer

One of Egan's biggest projects of 2025 was the new construction of a 1.2 million square-foot industrial manufacturing facility for the renewable industry. More than 200 Egan employees installed 130,000 linear feet of piping across 40 systems and 340,000 trade hours. The facility boasts one of the biggest chiller plants Egan has ever constructed with 8 chillers and 16 pumps connected to 30" pipe fabricated by Egan. Due to the extreme manufacturing temperatures required by the facility, the plans called for many redundant systems, and Egan's controls division oversaw the process controls for the entire facility. In the compressor room, Egan's scope included 4 compressors, 6 storage tanks and 3 dryers, again with built-in redundancies. In another part of the plant, Egan coordinated and installed large, multi-trade racks that housed compressed air, coolant, DI water and waste lines.
