GRAM Expansion Phase II
Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing
After completing the intial expansion for Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing, Andy J. Egan Co was tapped for a Phase II of the company's expansion. This project increased the GRAM's large-scale fill/finish facility by 18,000 sq. ft., bringing the total square footage across all facilities to 230,000 sq. ft. Egan's scope included construction of the mechanical systems to support the expansion, final piping to the Water For Injection (WFI) tanks, and the installation of the following major equipment:
Two 250 HP Clever Brooks Steam Boilers
One 500 Ton Carrier Chiller
One Lochinvar Heating Hot Water Skid
New Air Compressor and Associated Equipment
