Renovation of an Amway distribution center into a manufacturing facility for dietary supplements and foods. Scope included stainless steel process piping, new Central Utility Plant including three Trane Centrifugal Chillers with cooling towers and heat recovery, steam boilers, hot water boilers, domestic water heaters, and compressed air systems with all related utility piping.
