Manitou Hall HVAC Renovation

Egan was the Design-Assist General Contractor for HVAC renovation of Manitou Hall on Grand Valley State University's Allendale Campus. The renovation included the demolition and replacement of air handling units, a new energy rooftop energy recovery unit, improved ductwork distribution, replacement of coils, additional of VAVs, additional radiant panels, new temperature controls, the addition of a second-floor fire suppression systemp and more. Manitou Hall consists of multiple lecture halls, a computer lab and offices, plus a mechanical "tunnel" that connects the systems to nearby Mackinac Hall.
