In 2016, Egan completed a $1.7 million project that included HVAC energy improvements and equipment installation for this water filtration plant, located in West Olive, MI.
A seperate project required the replacement of four high service pumps at the same City of Grand Rapids Water Filtration Plant. In addition to self-performing the mechanical work, Egan managed, scheduled and coordinated the project's subcontractors, as well as ordered major equipment. This $4.5 million project was completed in 2019.
