Juvenile Detention Center

Demolition and replacement of the existing 77,190 square-foot complex that included housing units, courtside offices, gym, kitchen and dining area, medical area, etc.

Egan was selected for this Design-Assist project to develop the most cost effective and efficient replacement/renovation possible. The phased project required continuous operation and occupancy throughout construction. Egan's use of construction technology and offisite fabrication aided the creation of a phased project plan that minimized shut down times across critical housing units.

This project was constructed in compliance with the Correctional Association Standards for Juvenille Detention Facilities.
